(NewsNation) — From “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” to her acting debut in Hulu’s legal show “All’s Fair”, to beauty and clothing lines, reality star Kim Kardashian has done it all.
Her ambitious nature has led her on a pursuit of following in her father’s footsteps, intending to become a lawyer. But one obstacle has gotten in her way: the bar exam.
Kardashian, 45, has chronicled her law school journey for years on her reality show and on social media. She’s now opening up about failing the bar.
On Instagram Saturday, Kardashian said she was “so close” to passing, which would allow her to officially practice as an attorney.
Though she didn’t pass, she said she was using this as fuel and jokingly said she plays “a very well-dressed one on TV.”
Her father, Robert Kardashian Sr., was a high-profile attorney, representing O.J. Simpson in his 1995 murder trial. The former NFL player was accused of killing his ex-wife, Nicole Brown Simpson, and her friend Ronald Goldman.
“Six years into this law journey, and I’m still all in until I pass the bar,” Kardashian wrote. “No shortcuts, no giving up — just more studying and even more determination.”
Kardashian registered with the California State Bar years ago
